A project is created to house all the activities, documents, communication, invoices and payments relating to a procurement, internal collaboration or matter.
Deliverables are the activities that are completed for the Project, for example the provision of advice, review of a contract, on boarding a new employee or the distribution of board papers. A deliverable has a due date for completion.
Organisations can buy and sell services in Dazychain. Dazychain enables organisations to select suppliers to provide them with services.
Suppliers use Dazychain in the same way as the buyer, where leaders and staff in an organisation can work together to share documents, notifications, permissions, payments and the completion of tasks in the office or on the go.
Dazychain enables the user to choose from a set of standard workflow or customise workflow to best support their project. The standard Dazychain workflows are:
- Projects workflows without invoicing
- Projects workflow with external payments
- Projects internal collaboration workflow
A workflow must be selected when creating a Project.
