Comments are an easy way to communicate with your collaborators, buyers or suppliers. They attach to an individual project and run for the duration of the project so you can look back on progress, shared information and decisions. Comments move with you through the different stages of the project, and can be viewed on the ‘Plan’, ‘Manage’ and ‘History’ dashboards. Comments can be added to any project by any project collaborator in a forum style. This means that you can write a new comment or you reply to somebody else’s comment. Comments are displayed in descending date order. This means that the most recent comments are at the top. Like documents, comments are shared internally or with all project collaborators by changing the privacy setting.
