Panels can be in three different states:
- In draft: create a panel, enter details on the panel and add or invite preferred suppliers.
- Published: when your drafting is complete you click ‘Menu actions’ button and select ‘Publish’ in the ‘Preferred supplier panels’ workspace. This enables employees across your organisation to see and select the new or edited panel members.
- Removed: when you are ready to remove a panel, click on the panel name, click on the ‘Menu actions’ button and select ‘Remove’. This deletes the panel from your preferred suppliers permanently, and the panel will not be visible to you or anyone else
