Turning off custom fields in a workflow template
- In the menu, select ‘Settings’ > ‘Workflow’ from the menu options
- In the ‘Available workflows’ workspace, select a workflow from the list
- Scroll down to the ‘Workflow summary’ workspace, select details and update the workflow detail
- Select ‘Linked field groups’, click on the green tick in linked to unlink a field group from the workflow. Link on the ‘Link to field groups’ button to add other field groups to the workflow.
