My Portal/Intake Form login troubleshooting

What is an Intake Form?

The purpose of the Intake Form is to enable employees of your organization to send briefing information, data and documents to the Legal Team. When your employees complete the form, this process creates a matter automatically in Dazychain that includes the information and documents provided. This makes the briefing and matter creation process more accurate and efficient.

 

Accessing Intake Forms

There are three methods to access Dazychain intake forms:

  • SSO
  • Email and password
  • Microsoft Social login

To begin, navigate to the forms login at:
https://app.dazychain.com/#/external/login (AUS) or
https://app-us.dazychain.com/#/external/login (USA)

 

Login with SSO

  1. Enter your email address in the email field and click submit.

Note: Your company will need to have SSO configured for Dazychain and all users will need to be added to the Enterprise application.

 

Login with email and password (Non-SSO enabled)

  1. Enter your email address and password and click submit

Note: You must have an existing Dazychain account to sign in using this method. Not able to be used by external users.

 

Login with a Microsoft account

  1. Click the ‘Continue with Microsoft’ button.
  2. In your corporate environment, your identity provider may require approval for users to access apps via the Microsoft social login.
  3. You may see something like this:

Note: For seamless entry to Dazychain, it is recommended that the application is pre-approved for all user access as per below.

Admin Consent Flow (Recommended):
This prevents individual users from needing to authorize the integration manually, simplifying admin and delays for end user.

    • User assignment required setting set to off - if not already. This ensures users can access the application without being part of a specific group. Azure Active Directory > Enterprise applications > Dazychain > Properties.
    • Use this Admin Consent Link to approve permissions for the entire tenant.
    • Note: Only M365 admins can perform this step.
